In due diligence we let AI do the digging: trawling thousands of pages of contracts for anything that departs from the norm. Whatever comes out, a human reviews. That keeps the timeline short without you missing a risk.

When we can assess the work, we give you a quote upfront. For transactions, we often agree a fixed fee or a cap; for ongoing work, an annual agreement.
