We started out in a basement in Utrecht in 2016, with a book by Eric Ries on the table. Ten years on, we’re a B Corp firm of fifteen people.

That doesn’t make us better lawyers. It does make us lawyers who know what runway is, why that term sheet had to be signed yesterday and how it feels when your first big customer strikes out your terms and conditions.

And lawyers who build things themselves. We develop our own tools, we work with AI every day and we have a product roadmap of our own. You won’t have to explain to us what an MVP is.

Incorporation and structure

Raising funding

Funding rounds from pre-seed to growth capital. Term sheets, SAFEs and convertible loans, due diligence and closing. We act just as often for investors, so we know who’ll be sitting across the table.

What it costs

No need to pay by the hour

Wherever we can, we quote upfront and work to a fixed price, a cap or sometimes a success fee. You can pay in instalments, spread the cost over the year as a monthly fee, or settle at closing.

We're not the cheapest, but you always know where you stand. And you're not helping to pay for a Zuidas office.
