LEAN Dataroom
De Virtual Dataroom die LEAN samen met iDeals kan inzetten dienen verschillende doeleinden. Ze worden vooral gebruikt voor het uitvoeren van onderzoeken, zoals boekenonderzoeken (due diligences) tijdens transacties en fraudeonderzoeken. Daarnaast dienen ze als oplossing waar kan worden samengewerkt met interne en externe partijen. In de kern is deze beveiligde online omgeving gebouwd voor het delen van zeer vertrouwelijke (bedrijfskritische) documenten, afbeeldingen en bestanden.
