Expertise
From 2006 onwards, Bob worked on a secondment basis as a (senior) legal adviser for a range of clients. He ran many cases in the Dutch share-leasing scandal and advised and represented business owners (SMEs and freelancers) on contract and corporate law.
In March 2018 Bob set up on his own as Van Oevelen Legal, and it is in that capacity that he is attached to LEAN LAWYERS. At LEAN he focuses on advising on and drafting (IT) contracts, as well as litigating over contracts and liability.
Besides his legal counselling work, Bob follows developments in blockchain and smart contracts closely.
