B Corp | Community Building
Hanna has been officially part of LEAN since 2024. She joined as an SDG trainee and soon threw herself into Co2alition NL, among other things, alongside a range of sustainability assignments. After a traineeship that was as demanding as it was enjoyable, she decided to stay on and keep building Co2alition NL, the B Corp recertification, the local B Local Utrecht community and the day-to-day running of things.
Since February 2026 Hanna has been Head of Impact, focusing on B Corp, B Local and the Co2alition. Enthusiasm, empathy and a real willingness to think things through with you sum up how she works.
Away from work she is happiest outdoors, usually with her dog, and plays plenty of sport, tennis and squash in particular. Hanna is German and half American by birth, but has been living happily in the Netherlands for several years now.
