Jeroen Heuving

Jeroen specialises in property matters. He handles almost every kind of property work, from leases and sales to ‘general’ civil matters such as drafting and settling contracts, liability claims and the like. He also has in-depth knowledge of civil procedural law: he has lectured in civil procedure at the University of Amsterdam for many years and sits on the editorial board of the Tijdschrift voor de Procespraktijk (TvPP). Jeroen publishes regularly in leading professional journals.

Jeroen litigates a great deal, but advising clients is just as much a part of his work, and he never loses sight of the commercial side alongside the legal one. He acts for many property funds, developers and other businesses. Recently he has been involved in the (re)development of a number of healthcare property projects.
