Paul van den Berg

Paul is a co-founder of LEAN LAWYERS and specialises in corporate law, insolvency and real estate. Years of acting as a trustee in numerous bankruptcies have given him the specialist knowledge and experience to make a relaunch and/or pre-pack of an insolvent business work. In recent years Paul has advised on many successful relaunches in the retail sector.
