Tess advises and litigates mainly on employment law & works councils and on contract law.
She joined LEAN LAWYERS in 2026. She read Dutch law at Utrecht University and graduated in 2020, and has lived in Utrecht ever since. Before joining LEAN, Tess spent around five years at two other mid-sized law firms.
