Who are we looking for?
To support our LEAN-ers on finance and HR, we would love to hear from a Finance & HR Officer with at least 3 years' experience in finance and/or HR.
You enjoy variety and get a buzz from organising things. You’ll keep a close eye on our finances, handle billing and process supplier invoices. In short, you’ll keep our affairs in order.
You are also the go-to person for what matters most at our firm: our people. You help prepare and run appraisals, you are the first port of call on HR policy, and you spot what our LEAN-ers need to be happy in their work.
What are we looking for on paper?
The finance and HR linchpin who is going to change the legal landscape with us. Someone with LEAN DNA, an eye for people and
- at least 3 years' experience running a finance administration (experience with Exact is a plus)
- experience in or a feel for HR
- a strong command of Dutch and English, written and spoken
- ‘in possession’ of LEAN DNA
- proactive, a strong communicator and a connector
- an eye for sustainability and for our core values as a B Corp certified law firm
