Your role
- You advise and litigate on complex employment and employee participation matters: reorganisations, (collective) redundancies, works council processes, harmonisation, collective labour agreements and governance.
- You help employers become future-proof: legally solid, people-first and sustainable.
- You develop scalable service offerings, training for HR and boards, and toolkits for sustainable working relationships.
- You build and lead a team, coach junior and mid-level lawyers, and help shape the firm's strategic course.
Who you are
- At least 10 years' experience as an employment lawyer, with proven work on employee participation and no fear of litigating when that is what it takes.
- You’ve worked at a large or specialist firm and now want more say and less office politics.
- Strong at combining legal depth with pragmatic advice in plain language.
- An interest in sustainability, good employment practice and the role of work in the new economy.
- You hold clear views on the future of employment law and employee participation, and you want to lead the way.
- You want to build your profile as a trusted adviser, speaker, author or trainer, and already have at least some clients of your own.
- You've got the 'LEAN DNA'.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, in writing and in person, and able to win clients and grow a practice
